Refund Policy
We want every draw to work. If something goes wrong with your Pro pack, we'll make it right.
7-day refund window. If you run into any problem with your purchase within 7 days of buying, email us and we'll refund you.
What's covered
Any problem with a Pro pack bought on Ko-fi within the last 7 days, for example:
- Your Pro pack didn't activate with your email
- The tool couldn't fetch the comments on your post
- Something didn't work the way it's described on the site
How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase.
- Include the email you used on Ko-fi and, if relevant, the link to the Instagram post.
- Tell us briefly what went wrong.
We usually reply within 24 hours. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Ko-fi; how long it takes to show up depends on your bank or payment provider.
Good to know
- A fetch that returns no comments never uses up one of your picks, so you can try another post at no cost.
- Some posts are restricted by Instagram (for example, age-restricted posts). Instagram doesn't share their comments with any outside tool, so they can't be fetched on any plan.
